We only use eco-friendly shipping and packing supplies. We never use any plastic! Our 100% Recycled Paper Mailers/Boxes, Biodegradable Sugarcane Shipping Labels, and Biodegradable Packing Tape help ensure your eco-friendly hemp clothing arrives in the most environmentally conscious way possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We back everything we make with our Kind Hemp Co. Guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of the products you’ve received contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. All items returned or exchanged must be unwashed and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed with the exchange or refund.

Refunds will receive the full cost of the item back minus shipping costs. Once your refund is processed a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to price changes or new discounts becoming available.

Gift cards are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds.
